As results pouring in weren’t in favour of UCPN (Maoist), an emergency meeting of the UCPN (Maoist) leaders has decided to boycott the ongoing vote-count.
UCPN (Maoist) referring to several conspiracies has blamed national and international forces of conspiring against peace and constitution. UCPN (Maoist) representatives have walked out from venues in Kathmandu and elsewhere around the country.
Latest Update: Vote counting halted in Kathmandu 4 and Kathmandu 6.
The vote counts until now suggested Nepali Congress leading at 58 places, UML at 44 and UCPN (Maoist) in only 18 places.
Election commission has continued the vote-count despite of their boycott in other places.
