Help Nepal Network (HeNN) raises more than 10 Million from a UK Charity Event
Help Nepal Network (HeNN) has managed to raise more than 10 Million rupees in a fund raising charity event held in Connaught School of Aldershot, UK yesterday. The 8-hour long event saw presence of more than 450 Nepalis that came together to raise funds for HeNN’s charitable endowment fund of Rs 100 million.
Ambassador of Nepal to UK Suresh Chandra Chalise, NRN-UK President Kul Acharya, event co-ordinator Surya Gurung and HeNN founder Rabindra Mishra were among the ones that spoke at the program starting from 1PM onwards in Connaught School of Aldershot.
The program was followed by certificates distribution and some cultural performances from the attendees. Here’s one of the performances by Neelu Gurung and Zenith Rai (Samriddha Naya Nepal) at the event.

HeNN encourage Nepalis and those who love Nepal around the world to provide assistance in the fields of health and education in rural Nepal. The Network also provides occasional support to disaster relief efforts.
