The recent Trishuli 3A upgradation decision landed in controversy. The project was supposed to upgrade the capacity of Trishuli 3A Hydropower from 60 MW to 90 MW. That according to Sajha Sawal is just an example and every time some kind of hurdles arises for Mega Projects. So, where does the problem lie?
