Binod Chaudhary becomes First Billionaire of Nepal

Popular American business magazine, Forbes has entitled Binod Chaudhary as the 1st billionaire of Nepal. Estimating his wealth to be Net Worth : $1 billion, the magazine has listed Binod Chaudhary at 1342th on its lately published rankings list of world’s richest person. Binod Chaudhary is the President of Chaudhary Group (CG) Nepal.

Forbes in its video said,

“Chunk of his wealth comes from partnership he has with Taj Hotel for luxury resorts and he has lot of assets overseas as well.”

Binod Chaudhary after being listed on forbes has expressed his excitement through twitter.

“Forbes new york recognizes Cinnovation/cg as a forbes billionaire 2013 list..a rare honour and recognision for a non-indian south asian” he tweeted. “We r humbled n take this as a honour for Nepal. Nepal will be now known also in the corporate world globally.”
