Bimal Gharti Magar returns Home with great lessons
Nepal’s rising footballer Bimal Gharti Magar, on his return on Wednesday to Nepal said that he learnt a lot of things during his trial at the top flight club of Netherlands– FC Twente.
The 15 year old sensation returned home after 12 days at the Dutch Club and feels that his confidence has grown immensely after giving trials at such a sophisticated club with great training facilities.
The prolific star was handed over two practice matches and on the second match, he scored four goals alone and took part in another to impress the Dutch Club.
Rene Koster, the Bangladeshi coach who had arranged trials for the Nepali and a Bangladeshi skipper, Hemanto, said that Bimal was able to grab attention from the U-17 coach of FC Twente and he will soon be considered to be at the club.
However, the coach mentioned that the visa complications for players under the age of 18 is a real concern and it might be extremely difficult to manage a contract to the academy.
“But if selected, he might be earning in between two hundred thousand or three hundred thousand”, said Koster.
Below we have a video report with Rene Koster and Bimal Gharti Magar taken in Amsterdam regarding how Bimal played during his training.
