Balaju Baish Dhara Mela, 2013 – Kathmandu, Nepal

Balaju Baishdhara Mela is one of the popular melas in Nepal. Baishdhara lies in the heart of Balaju. Baishdhara Mela is celebrated in every year on the day of Chaitra Sukla Purnima. Bhaish dhara was named after 22 taps/ baishdhara built by King Pratap Malla. It is believed that those people who take bath on that day, their diseases are cured.
