After successful expedition of the Mt. Everest and of her being on the top on Tuesday (21/05/2013) morning at 8:00 am, Nisha Adhikari became the first Nepali actress to scale the highest peak of the world. Her journey however became controversial, as she hadn’t acquired expedition permit from the tourism ministry of Nepal. She continued the journey as the government permitted to climb the Mt. Everest as a helper of a Chinese team to climb Mt. Everest.
