HSEB Results 2070 of Class 11 Published!
The Office of the Comptroller of Examination of Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) has published the results of class 11 today. The examination was held in May last year, on which a total of 263,230 regular students and 169,457 exempted students, had participated. As per the result, only 40% of the participated students on regular category have passed the examinations. Similarly, only 33% of the participated students on exempted category have passed the examination.
The guardians of the appeared students had been long worrying about the results being not published lately. Chief Comptroller of OCE, Durga Aryal, said that the results of some 11 students have been withheld and the results of 228 students have been cancelled. Also, around 60,000 students have failed in one subject only. The students failing in one subject only will be appearing for chance exam or supplementary examination. OCE has scheduled the chance exam on 9th March this year. The mark sheet of students appearing for supplementary examination will be made available within mid-February.
